How Renault Safety Coach Operates

Tailored Safety Control
For those concerned about excessive monitoring, Renault provides a convenient ‘My Safety’ button. While all assistance features activate by default at the start of every drive, a single press allows drivers to customize safety settings to suit their preferences.

The system promptly offered feedback: “Your driving style occasionally involves risks,” advising a more cautious approach. In addition to the overall rating, the system evaluates three specific factors—speed management, safe following distance, and lane discipline—assigning each a score out of five.
Engaging animations and instructional videos provide valuable insights, helping drivers recognize and correct mistakes. With real-time feedback and gamification features, the score eventually improved to 79.
